Our construction team has managed and delivered complex projects across a range of sectors including master planning, public buildings, heritage and adaptive re-use, residential, commercial, industrial, retail, sporting facilities, office fit out and hospitality.
Our Management team bring with them a wealth of experience working for large contractors. This experience coupled with CORNERSTONE strength in the commercial and residential market, provide us with the working knowledge and capability to undertake projects in any sector.
CORNERSTONE has trusted relationships with a team of expert consultants in all areas of commercial and residential design, construction and delivery, from engineers in all specialist areas, to interior designers and landscapers.
The principal and managers of CORNERSTONE have over 50 years combined experience in commercial and residential building projects of all types.
Meet Our Team
Jessica
Jessica is a reliable Managing Director and Project Manager in the Construction industry with formidable technical and interpersonal skills.
Jessica has over 15 years’ experience in the building and property industry.
She has a wealth of estimating experience in Commercial fitout and refurbishment projects as well as Residential new build, renovations and extensions.
Jessica’s ongoing professional relationships with architects, designers and project managers are a testament to her character, approach, professionalism and reliability.
Peng
Peng has over 8 years experience in the Building and structural Engineering Industry, he recognizes the importance of completing work within the contracted time frame and on budget. To ensure this occurs oversee and monitor progress on a daily basis and regularly inspect each project development phase.
Kirk
As a reputable Managing director Kirk has over 30 years’ experience in the building and property industry, both overseas and locally, working on some of Sydney’s most iconic buildings.
A highly proficient construction professional, with the capacity to manage all elements of a project’s activities, Kirk is able to focus in on technical issues quickly and has a strong commercial acumen.
Kirk’s ability to assess ‘build-ability’ and time issues, and relate budgets and costs to alternative design solutions makes him a strong team leader who gives confidence to stakeholders and delivery teams.
His experience spans across many sectors including, hospitality, major residential projects, commercial, fitout, education, and heritage, government and adaptive re-use.
Ryan
As construction manage he is involved in all aspects of a project from the concept to completion. His 7 year career to date has put him at the forefront of numerous hospitality and commercial projects. Ryan prides himself on understanding the client’s needs and vision, whilst always producing the highest of quality standards with attention to detail.
Merina
Marina has extensive experience and knowledge as a registered landscape architect across numerous project types including residential, institutional, commercial, retirement village, from design concepts, and feasibility through to completion. Marina has well design, construction and project management experience with high attention to details and continues to demonstrate her natural ability for placement and composition.
Seth
Seth went on to work for numerous building projects in Sydney developing his practical skills and theoretical knowledge in carpentry and as a construction manager over 15 years.
Seth’s innate capacity to stay at the forefront of the fast-paced Commercial sector and his decisive and attention-to-detail approach makes him an enormous asset for Cornerstone. Seth is renowned for his sound knowledge of construction and his ability to liaise and work harmoniously with clients, project managers, architects and subcontractors.
